Hitting Drill: Easy T-Ball Hitting Drill (Baseball & Softball)
Simple team tee work drill for young players focusing on basic swing mechanics and making contact.

How to Run This Drill
- Set up batting tee at proper height for each player (belly button level)
- Put all players in stance with feet shoulder-width apart
- Hands together on bat
- On coaches command, all players swing making contact with tee or ball
- Swing level through the ball
- Follow through and watch the ball fly
Coaching Points
- Start with no ball - getting players accustomed to just swing and aiming for the tee
- Once a ball is used, emphasize keeping your eye on it and swinging through the baseball
