How to Run This Drill
- Stand a bat vertically on home plate with the knob on the ground.
- Line up all players at a set distance based on age and skill level - start close for younger players.
- Players take turns throwing at the bat, trying to knock it down.
- For knockout version: first player to knock it down wins and steps out, then move remaining players back.
- For winner-take-all: set a challenging distance and first player to hit the bat wins.
- Keep score to add competition and move to different spots around the field.
