I ordered a batting cage for my youth baseball program and have had it 1.5years. Now one of the upright supports are bent. Customer service approached me about this issue and sent out a replacement at no cost. Thank you Trigon Sports.

We ordered a soccer rebounder from Trigon Sports. We are very pleased with the product we received and the customer service. When our rebounder arrived the net had not been sewn properly, but Trigon immediately sent a replacement. It was very easy to contact the company and they responded so quickly. It was so nice to deal with a company who handled our needs so quickly and professionally. That is RARE today! Now we have a great rebounder and my daughter is LOVING it! I will definitely be coming back to Trigon for future needs.

It looks as though someone received this product missing parts and when it was returned the problem was never addressed, instead the product was turned around and sold again to me. I really, really hope Trigon Sports will make this right by sending me the part I need, tube section #2, for the 6x12 soccer rebounding net. I would love to be able to give a good rating for mistakes made right.
