  We learned about True from our baseball hitting instructor. After one of my sons lessons, they ran him through diagnostics and fit him properly for a bat. He is 12U and we found that his 2 current bats, at the time, were weighted inaccurately. So we ordered a USSSA True bat and had a 120 fit guarantee. The customer service provided by this company is far better than any retailer. We exchanged the bat without any problems. He finished his season with a higher slugging percentage and we opted to purchase a second bat with very minor differences. One is fit for him perfectly and the other is a smidge heavier and a smidge longer.

  The online fitting session gave us some great feedback and the two week trial program to test out two different size and style bats was an awesome experience! We got to see what really works for our son and the t2x bat was the final decision. Our son really enjoyed using this bat that we had to purchase it after our trial, he gets so much more range when he's hitting with this bat compared to other bats he has. The customer service was very responsive and helpful I couldn't have asked for better service and experience to help with this process.

  Such a great experience! The demo bats were shipped quickly and communication was excellent by the team at True Diamond Science. We tried 2 different lengths and that really helped make the decision on getting the right fit. Every kid on the team wanted to use the bat! This is the absolute best way to purchase a bat.

  They were so helpful in helping me purchase a new bat in time for my son’s game. I love the fact that you can order half inch sizes as well as we went with a 32.5” bat. The bat is well made, has a great pop to it and is nicely balanced. The fitting guide on the website is also really nice. You really feel like you’ve gotten a custom made bat for your hitter, not just an off the rack bat. I was even able to change up the grip size. Will definitely purchase another True bat when the time comes. Customer service was A+++
