  Absolutely love this gym! Trainers are professional with great attitudes. The gym is very well taken care of and always clean. I love my trainer Sabrina! She has a passion for her work that is obvious. She has helped me reach my fitness goals in a short period of time. I truly wish I found Transforming Bodies sooner!

  I started at TBAM Fitness January 2019 and it was the best decision I've made to regain control of my health and fitness journey. They really make your goals their own and hold you accountable every step of the way. They are very professional, certified, knowledgeable, and really care about their client's well-being.   I been going to transforming bodies and minds for two years and still a current member. It has a great atmosphere and great trainers to help you transform your body. Roland is my trainer and he has help me boost my confidence ,change my body completely , and mindset. Great place ! 100% recommended!

  This place has completely changed my life, body, and mind. Sabrina helped me lose all of my quarantine weight and gain muscle mass! All of the trainers here are so positive, and they help motivate you to push yourself. This place is really awesome, please check them out!
