Let me start by saying this place is unbelievable gem. The Colorado Springs Senior softball group comes here on a regular basis. We all love this place and we look forward to coming here each and every week. The staff is very knowledgeable so if any of the machine machines have an issue, they are quick at fixing it. They don’t ever have a bunch of down machines or anything like that. they also have a great selection of supplies and equipment. And they have nice clean bathrooms if you ever have a need. Thanks so much for your hospitality. We look forward to coming again soon.

When I called to ask about availability the guy on the phone failed to mention that they are booked up for the next three days. He just said first come first served. That’s fine but it would have been nice to know since I drove all the way up there.

We signed up on the website for a Little League Tryout that was listed as 9-12 on Feb 16. Today, I doubled checked my email since we signed up for a camp in December that had incorrect dates when we signed up and we drove across town to find the location closed. I noticed the email said Sunday Feb 16, but the 16th is on a Monday this year. My husband called to check, and was told the camp doesn’t exist. After saying we paid $50 and asking how to get refunded, the man (Garcia?) looked our sons name up and said he’s not signed up for anything. I have the charge on my credit card to prove we paid for something that doesn’t exist, and we told him that same camp that doesn’t exist was even on the website to keep signing up for as we spoke. My husband asked for the manager’s contact number and called, which went to a woman’s voicemail after being told it belongs to a man. In the meantime, Mr. Garcia called me back on my number associated with our account and said he’s credited me the $50. We’ll see if that actually ends up happening. This is really disappointing that it’s happened twice now and instead of apologizing for having incorrect information and camps that don’t exist on the wanted, we’re treated with rudeness. We’ve had a camp and a lesson here, as well as training with Little League, and really love it but the management is completely terrible. Beware if you sign up for any camps to double check dates and times because they don’t update the website. I even called BEFORE signing up in December and was told the wrong information because they hadn’t updated their own website. The attached photos show my receipt for paying for a camp that doesn’t exist and a screenshot showing their website right now, with the nonexistent camp still listed to sign up for. Update-After leaving a review I was contacted by the manager who offered to comp a different camp if wanted to attended that one since we signed up for didn’t even exist this year. We declined the offer since both camps we’ve signed up for have had issues with incorrect dates/information and will re-consider camps in the future with caution. I do have a credit processing so they did refund my sign up for the nonexistent camp.

Machines are always broken and no one follows the proper etiquette 3 and out. Not worth a membership. Employees just sit there and don’t check in on people waiting. We can use another company to establish a better experience.
