  Most amazing atmosphere, always positive and upbeat. Mike and Jordan are more than just coaches they have become mentors to my four boys. Grateful for any time my boys get to train with the G-up program. Highly recommend for pretty much any sports agility training especially football!

  Mike and Jordan are the absolute best! My son takes everything he learns at GUp and puts it into every game/tournament and it shows on the field. They don’t let him get away with lazy routes and dropped passes that could have been caught- they teach him how to do everything correctly. My son loves going to GUp to train with all the other athletes. All of his sisters enjoy training with Mike and Jordan as well! We would recommend GUp to any level of athlete who is serious about their sport. 🖤 💛

  My son has been attending this gym for a while now, and we couldn't be happier! Mike and Jordan are exceptional. They love to coach and are clearly meant to be doing what they are designed to be doing. Their passion and dedication shine through in every session. Mike and Jordan have an incredible attention to detail, always pointing out ways for the kids to improve while maintaining a positive and supportive atmosphere. They genuinely care about the kids and are committed to seeing them succeed. It's been amazing to watch my son grow and thrive under their guidance. I highly recommend this gym for any parent looking to provide their child with an engaging fitness and training experience.

  Great place for individual and group training. They teach basic athletic skills to elite level training. Jordan is an ex-NFL player with great coaching skills. Football, baseball, soccer, ect... These guys can help you reach your individual potential.
