Hitting Drill: Zombies and Survivors (Baseball & Softball)
Fun hitting game where players must hit line drives to survive. Those who fail become zombies playing defense.
How to Run This Drill
- Coach pitches wiffle balls to batters from a short distance.
- Survivors must hit line drives past the coach to stay alive.
- If a batter fails to hit a line drive (pop-up, grounder, miss), they become a zombie.
- Zombies go to the field and play defense.
- Zombies can return to hitting by catching a fly ball off a survivor batter.
- Game continues until time runs out or only one survivor remains.
