Warmup Throwing Drill: Two Ball (Baseball & Softball)
Players catch two balls at once - one in each hand - building bare-hand confidence and hand-eye coordination.

How to Run This Drill
- Circle up players so they're standing equidistant from each other
- Players do NOT use gloves
- Make eye contact with a player and underhand both balls at the same time
- Player catches one in each hand, then underhands both back
- Track successful catches before a ball drops
- Let volunteers take turns in the middle for more challenge
- This can also be done with players in pairs or groups of three with players tossing two balls to each other
Coaching Points
- This builds confidence for bare-hand catches during games
- Useful for awkward feeds when turning two
- Can make it competitive by tracking points
- This can also be done with players in pairs or groups of three with players tossing two balls to each other
