How to Run This Drill
- Divide team in half - one group bats, other fields without gloves
- Coach pitches uand players use plastic bat and practice ball
- Rule changes: No strikeouts - keep swinging until contact
- Inning ends when every hitter has batted
- Ball landing in outfield grass is a home run
- Play three innings
- Team with most runs is named Blast Ball World Champions
