How to Run This Drill

  1. Hang hula hoops on fence using carabiner clips or string
  2. Divide players into teams with one hoop per team
  3. Line teams up 15-20 feet from their hoop
  4. Players take turns throwing through the hoop
  5. After throwing, go to end of line
  6. First team to get six balls through the hoop wins

  • Strengthens arms while teaching accuracy
  • Great for teaching proper throwing technique
  • Keep it fun and competitive
