How to Run This Drill

  1. Partners face each other about 15-20 feet apart in athletic fielding position.
  2. One partner rolls ground balls at varying speeds - some slow rollers, some hard shots.
  3. Fielder focuses on catching the ball cleanly with two hands, securing it immediately.
  4. After each catch, fielder quickly tosses the ball back and gets ready for the next one.
