On December 31, I booked a baseball session for my son. I booked online and paid in advance. Google showed the business as open. Our scheduled time was 4:00 pm. We arrived. No one was there. I called multiple times. No answer. I texted the number listed. No response. I contacted the business through every option on the website. Nothing. It has now been five days. I have called every day. My daughter has also called and left messages. No one has returned a call, text, or email. Google still shows the business as open. I emailed explaining the situation and asked for my son to use the time I already paid for. I stayed flexible. I did not demand a refund. Still no response. Leaving a one star review is the last step. When a business offers online booking and accepts payment, communication matters. If you are closed for holidays, update your hours. As a customer, I am asking for one of two clear options. • Let my son complete the session we paid for. • Issue a full refund. There should not be silence after taking a customer’s money. As a business owner myself, I respond to my customers. Even a simple acknowledgment matters. I do not understand how this business has so many positive reviews when this has been my experience.

This place was amazing! Ryan was incredible and helped us secure a cage prior to the Houston1000 tournament.Ryan confirmed everything and ensured the cage was set and ready prior to our arrival giving us peace of mind while making sure we got the most out of our booked time. They have three cages with quality equipment and the staff is fantastic!! We will be back!

Can't book online. Sold me a faulty gift certificate. Will not return my calls and is NEVER in the office. Can't speak to anyone about this situation and it feels like they have basically stolen my money. We purchased a gift certificate some time ago and was told that the reason we cannot use it to book online is because it was issued under prior management. Well, instead of The Academy (management or owner or whoever is in charge) issuing us a new gift code that will work online, they wrote our name and gift code in a spiral notebook and said they'd just keep track of it by hand. I have no faith that that notebook will survive and because we cannot use the gift code online, I am always forced to pay with my card, thus we are not able to use the money we already paid them. You also cannot expect to go in and book a time because they open at the earliest time available online - there is NO ONE TO TALK TO. We have left multiple messages and they have never returned our calls. This place has essentially stolen my money and yeah, I'm pissed. I gave them a chance to make it right and they chose not to respond. Complete apathy towards the customer.
