  Joining DiamondFit Performance was the best thing we’ve ever done for our son. Being a sophomore in high school they are preparing him to get to the next level. We appreciate the time and instruction they give when showing these athletes how to lift weights properly. You can’t find a better set of trainers or instructors anywhere. If you want quality instruction it doesn’t come cheap but it’s worth every penny.

  Our son has been going to DiamondFit in Raleigh for 2 years and it has been the best thing for him! We have seen a dramatic increase in his speed and strength which has helped him in all his sports. Compared to many of his teammates, he has only had a few minor injuries over the past 2 years which I can only attribute to the training. When he has had an injury, the staff has been great with helping with rehab and working around the injury. He has received some top notch hitting and pitching lessons also. It is a little pricey, but the training and lessons are top notch. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and when you are working with kids and weights, that is a must!

  We take lessons from Justin Koonce. He does a great job with my son and relates to him on a players level. Really meshes well. Facility is top notch and clean!

  Signed my son up for training package and he really enjoys it. The trainers are great and very supportive with the younger baseball players. Thanks for creating a great experience - much appreciated.
