  Working with 8ctane Baseball has helped me tremendously both physically and mentally as a pitcher. The biggest thing that stands out about the program is how intentional everything is. Every part of the training from throwing progressions to strength work to recovery has a purpose. It has helped me feel stronger, more efficient, and more confident in my delivery. Just as important has been the mental side of the program. As a pitcher who has gone through injuries and the ups and downs that come with development, it is easy to start second guessing things. Having a clear plan and people who genuinely care about your progress makes a huge difference. The program has given me direction and confidence and it has helped me trust both my training and my body again. One of the best parts of 8ctane is the people. It truly feels like a family environment. Having pitching coaches like Bobby and Chris guiding the pitching development has been incredible. Joey does an amazing job breaking things down from a biomechanics perspective and helping you understand how your body is actually moving. Chasse has been great as a remote coach, and also as mentor in house. He is always helping make sure everything stays on track and that progress continues. The strength side has also played a huge role in my development. Solter helped build a great foundation and Jimmy has continued that by pushing me to get stronger in ways that translate directly to the mound. Mako on the media side helps create the culture and energy that makes the environment special. Another thing that stands out about the program is how supportive everyone is across the entire facility. Even though I am a pitcher and have not worked directly with the hitting side as much, it is clear how much Max and JJ care about their hitters. You constantly see them helping players improve, encouraging them, and backing their athletes every day. That kind of environment makes the whole place feel like a team. When you combine all of that it does not just feel like a training program. It feels like a group of people who truly care and are all working together to help you become the best version of yourself as an athlete. I am grateful to be part of it and excited to keep working and see how far this process can take me.

  I have been going to Byoung/8ctane baseball for almost 3 years. They have played a big role in my development and success. Their throwing program is top notch. I learned to throw without pain and gained 11 mph in just 6 months. On the hitting side, Max creates a great personalized hitting program which helps you make the correct movements in your swing. 8ctane baseball is the best place to be if you want to be the best player you can.

  Great facility for hitters and pitchers. The space is well set up for focused training, with quality equipment and enough room to work on mechanics, power, and accuracy.

  Absolutely the best training staff in the triangle. My son has been attending 8ctane Baseball for two years now and has worked with Bobby, Max, Chris, and Matt. All the coaches are extremely knowledgeable, encouraging and positive with my son. To say he looks forward to training/lessons is an understatement. We have tried other places that offer baseball lessons, and nothing comes close to 8ctane Baseball staff.
