  Friendly staff and owner, but on my second visit it took her 7- 9 minutes to get to set the speed and I am paying by 30 minutes at a time. They need staff on hand if I have a reservation I need someone to help. And if a client misses out don't charge them the full charge. I understand busy, but if someone has a reservation there needs to be people available.

  My son and I went for the first time this week. I liked the set up there and it is well maintained. The simulator looked cool. We used the tunnel with the pitching mound. Staff was friendly and I appreciated the card that was given to me when I inquired about pitching lessons. Seems like this place may have a focus that’s bigger than baseball based on the verses on the card and the sign. We will be back.

  Everyone there is great and nice,and batting sims good although their personal trainer thing Can cause an issue, whenever they are training someone there isnt another worker to work at the counter. So when i went to buy some chips or a drink i had to wait around 20 minutes befoe i realized nobody's gonna come, but overa great place!
