Coach Hunter provides excellent, specific, and effective training to my three teens who are involved in different sports. We are very pleased with the results and gains they have each received through his expertise as well as the opportunity to build their character in the process. We also appreciate the open door policy and appropriate music choices. Super thankful for HSP and highly recommend!

Elite sports specific training. Very similar to high-level college/professional training. The earlier you start training, the more advanced you will be. Highly recommend.
