We cancelled our subscription 4 months early. My son is 11yrs old and is very disappointed. I paid quite a bit of money to start the package mid December(over $600). I was told in the subscription email after I paid that someone would be reaching out to tell us practice dates and other information. Nobody reached out. When I emailed nearly a month later to ask what’s the hold-up and nobody had contacted us to inform us on practice days - They finally gave me the coaches number so I could contact him for the info. No apologies were offered to my son for him being forgotten. Our first night of training we receive the jerseys -my son was very excited as it was his first jersey to have his last name on it and they spell the name wrong on all 3 jerseys. We were told it wouldn’t take long to receive new corrected jerseys and that somebody would reach out concerning the month my kid didn’t get to train due to lack of communication on their part. So I figured I’d pay for the month of January hoping the issues would be resolved. I start getting these emails from them with receipt numbers saying that I owe money for January. After correcting them and showing them the receipt I learned nobody relayed the memo that my kid’s name was spelled wrong on the jerseys and that his order wasn’t placed for corrected jerseys - no mention of the month my son missed training cause they suck at communicating. There are rec leagues who communicate better than this place! You would think they would treat new customers great! I would rather throw my money in to Huron River before I’d give this place another dime! If you’re new to baseball or thinking of having your child train there - be prepared for them to only care if you paid your monthly dues. I gave them 2-stars only because the coaching was pretty good and the facility is cool.

Horrible seating. Very inconsiderate, they were doing construction during our tournament. Hard to play when people are cutting metal and drilling and hammering constantly.

A ridiculous place. If your child needs guidance for baseball/softball, great place to take them. I would have loved this as a kid playing ball and having a facility like this.

Played a tournament here. It was our first time doing an indoor baseball game. It was a nice facility. Very good experience. Only downfall I think is you can't bring your own snacks or Gatorade, which is fine but don't sell Gatorade and snacks at a very premium price.
