  Our daughters have been taking hitting lessons with Wes for almost 3 months. You won’t be disappointed. Wes’ attention to detail through videography and drills will improve your child’s swing quickly! He has flexible schedules to meet just about any need and offers services more than hitting! Our oldest found her pitching coach through Wes’ recommendation and we love her too! Wes’ coaching style is age appropriate and understandable which makes it a good fit for all levels! 5 out 5 stars plus!

  Absolutely LOVE Wes and the Dojo!! Privileged to have Wes Phillips at the Dojo as my son's hitting coach since June 2023. He has a great depth of knowledge and expertise in hitting mechanics, techniques, mindset and approach. From the very first session, Wes analyzed my son's swing and identified areas for improvement. Wes tailored each session to address my son's specific needs and goals, providing personalized drills and exercises to enhance his swing mechanics, barrel control, and swing plane consistency. In addition to his swing mechanics knowledge, Wes communicates very clearly. He has a remarkable knack for breaking down concepts into simple terms, making it easy to understand and implement adjustments. His patience and encouragement created a positive environment, fostering confidence and motivation to succeed. And confidence is key, especially in hitting Thanks to Wes, we've seen significant improvement in my son's hitting mechanics, confidence, and overall approach at the plate. I highly recommend Wes to anyone looking to take their hitting game to the next level. He is a true asset to any serious player and the baseball community in Wichita. For context, my son is a 15 year old Freshman in high school and has played AAA/Major level travel baseball the last 3 summers. He already had a good swing and good feel at the plate. In a short time Wes has taken him and his swing to another level. Wes will be his hitting coach the duration of his high school career.

  Wes is easy to work with and has a great ability to connect with the athletes. His training lessons make the athletes start with a good foundation and build up their swing progressively. He’s been a great help for my daughter and her swing. Definitely recommend.

  Dylan has done a great job with helping me individually towards my pitching goals. The facility provides all the equipment required and has a great vibe so I would highly recommend giving the Dojo a shot if you’re looking to get prepared for your upcoming season.
