My youngest started training at Elite to help with his performance on the football field and wrestling mat. Not only does he love working out there, it has helped him as an athlete. I’m not much of an athlete myself so I was hesitant to try the adult fitness class but it has been one of the best things I’ve done for my mental and physical health. The support and encouragement, not only from Vincent and Tiesha, but fellow members as well, is a reminder that I can do hard things outside of my comfort zone! If you’re looking for a gym that feels like family, this is where you belong. I’ll continue to recommend them to as many people as I can because they truly care about the people they serve and they truly love serving people. You won’t find a better place to feel connected, supported and encouraged while you work out.

Vincent and Tiesha are excellent trainers and business owners. I've done one-on-one personal training and adult group fitness classes with Vincent. He is extremely knowledgeable about both fitness and nutrition. He is also very good at explaining why we are doing certain exercises, the muscle groups we are targeting, how they relate to overall fitness and health and encourages questions - even in the group fitness classes, he will take the time to work with you one-on-one on your form and provide modifications for injury if necessary. Most of all, the sessions were fun (yes, exercise can be fun - even hard exercises!) with a great music selection. Their gym is clean, completely outfitted with great equipment and well kept up. I highly encourage anyone who is looking to start or continue a fitness journey to check out Elite Athletic Training!

My son has been attending sessions at E.A.T. for the last four years. His athletic mobility and strength has improved so much and he looks forward to his sessions. He loves telling me after each workout if he hit a PR, how he’s challenging himself with each set or showing off the muscle growth he’s gained. Vincent, Tiesha and their staff have an approach to coaching and training that pushes you to become your best self.

This is not your average training facility! I love everything about Elite Athletic training. I have really seen the change in my son’s performance on and off the field. The adult fitness classes are amazing. A great place to go for your health and fitness goals also help your child reach the next level!
