  I highly recommend Premier for hitting and pitching instruction. In our experience Premier is best hitting and pitching instruction and coaching in the Kansas City area. The two instructors my son worked with are amazing! My son really connected with his hitting coach (Connor) who was able to clearly communicate and demonstrate ways to improve his swing and hitting based on his unique body mechanics. Through one on one instruction, hitting specific exercises, and video swing analysis Connor helped improved my son’s hitting power and ability to connect with the ball. We will continue to go back for hitting instruction at Premier!

  Educated motivating staff! Leader in proper scientific approach to development of pitchers. One size does NOT fit all. Individual attention to details, performance and the (way too often overlooked) arm care! AND my son enjoys the heck out of being part of the program and interacting with others in the program and the coaches/staff. Keep it up!

  My 13 year old son Jake has been working with Connor on hitting, Bob on pitching, and Matt and his conditioning team. His skill level and confidence continues to increase significantly with each session. The Premier staff has a creative and fun way of interacting with the players. As we begin to new spring season, it has been exciting to see the results of everyone's efforts.

  You’ll know as soon as you walk in the door that Premier is all about baseball. The space is optimized to meet player’s needs: pitching tunnels with radar guns, hitting tunnel with HitTrax, and an open area for fielding practice. As good as the space is, Bob and his instructors are the reason to train here. They apply a full-body approach to training, starting with proper movement and working through baseball mechanics. This isn’t some cookie-cutter baseball plan—every player is assessed and then a training plan is devised. My son has worked with Bob for five months and has already made huge leaps in pitching.
