  Karl is an incredibly talented hitting instructor! He has the experience and given ability to identify a player’s strengths and weaknesses. More importantly, he also knows exactly how to prioritize his improvements to work specifically as needed for that individual. Karl is as much of a great mental coach as he is a technical one. He teaches with a caring and sincere but yet firm approach to help push a player beyond their personal barriers. My son loves going to hitting lessons with Karl! We’ve seen great improvements in his performance since we started at Damage Hitter! I highly recommend Karl and his staff to anyone looking to improve their game! Dan Milford

  Karl is absolutely the best! He has worked wonders for my son, not only mechanically re-working his swing, but preparing him for the mental side of the game as well. His dedication to making his players the best they can be is second to none. I am excited to see what the results will be on the field. If your baseball/softball player is serious about taking their game to the next level, Karl is the coach to do it. I cannot recommend him enough.

  Coach Karl is the absolute best at working with players not only for their presence at the plate but their overall ability in the sport. My boys have learned so much in the time we’ve worked with Karl and it’s paying dividends on the field! He has an incredible ability to get through to kids and encourage their development. I highly recommend Damage Hitter to develop and improve your player’s game!

  Damage Hitter, and Karl in particular is a great hitting instructor. it took me 6months to get in and I am not leaving because I don't want to lose my spot. Karl has a way of simplifying the difficult aspects of hitting, and the minute details, that go into good hitting mechanics. Then what might be even more impressive is that he can get kids to understand it. Kids from every over rated club in the city are in search of Karl's advise, and help. That should tell you all you need know. In my opinion Karl is the best hitting instructor in Kansas City. Good luck getting in.
