What an experience. If I could put 0 stars I would do it. I scheduled an evaluation for my son on their website at 7 a.m. because that was the only time available for the day. I go the next day at their location 121 Street, Urbandale, IA 50323, and guess what? Nobody is there. Parking lot is empty, I go to the door anyway just to make sure it’s open and the door is locked. The worst thing is I got a text from Austin at 6 am see you in an hour. I’m thinking man this guy is already up and texting. Just like any other place nowadays, flashy website and nothing else. They are trying to present themselves like the best thing that can happen to you and they can’t even be there for their scheduled evaluation. No integrity whatsoever.

I cannot say enough great things about ETS Training Systems! My 12-year-old son, Braxton, has been training here for a year, and it has truly been an amazing experience. The facility is top-notch, and the trainers really know how to work with kids to develop their skills and confidence. Levi, in particular, has been absolutely fantastic with Braxton. His coaching style is not only professional but also motivational, making each session fun and effective. Braxton looks forward to every workout and has been improving so much in both baseball and football. It's been such a positive experience, and I highly recommend ETS to anyone looking to get their child to the next level! 5 stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Levi is a good coach. Very good conditioning exercise program for the youth.

Been coming here for around a year. I’ve been become a better overall athlete. I’ve added pounds to my lifts, and shaved off numbers from my speed. I would recommend for any athlete who takes their craft seriously!
