We are fairly new to the MAC and 319 Sports Performance. Our 14 year old boy/girl twins have taken advantage of the group trainings this past summer but also individual training sessions. We homeschool so have the flexibility to go during the day with a personal trainer. He pushes them to get better each session. We cannot recommend enough attending either a group workout session that 319 Sports Performance has to offer, or schedule a personal session to get the very best out of your athlete.

319 sports performance is amazing. Coach Lewis and Coach Sam have done an incredible job with my son (13) and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to have a full view training program for their young athletes.

Impressive set up! The MAC working with ex D1 athletes and local coaches to make this a huge win for young athletes. Will be great opportunity for these kids to take their athletic ability to the next level! Also Coach Lewis the lead coach in 319SP, he helped me get a full ride scholarship to play football at UNI!! Very knowledgeable and amazing to work with

Great way for young athletes to continue training. They did a great job of finding engaging activities to make the sessions fun for the kids. The coaches are friendly, caring, and approachable.
