  We are so grateful we found The Grind Lab! From day one, Coach T and Coach Germain made my boys feel welcomed, supported, and encouraged. Their patience and dedication truly stood out. Over time, I’ve watched my sons grow more confident, not just in the gym, but outside of it as well. Their baseball skills have improved tremendously in such a short period of time, and it’s clear how much intentional effort goes into developing strong, disciplined athletes. I also train personally with Coach Germain and let me just say—BOOK HIM! The transformation in my body, endurance, and strength has been incredible. His training pushes you while still feeling supportive and empowering. Highly recommend! The Grind Lab Tampa 10/10

  We absolutely LOVE Coach T!! Well, my kids love him when they first get there but not always when they leave 😂. Coach has an enthusiasm that’s contagious and kids listen to him. He has totally transformed my 4 kids from kids who had never played sports to kids that look like athletes! We now go 2x a week and I try to hit the women’s boot camp on Sat am!!! Sign your kids up!! You won’t regret it! We are also on the PEP scholarship and have no problem getting our sessions reimbursed!!!

  My son loves the Grind Lab. We got introduced as a guest player on their team for 8u USSSA, but my son bonded with Coach T, and has been going for lessons for the past 18 months. We do strength and conditioning with Germaine and hitting with Coach T. Because of them, my son has a work ethic where he wants to work out before school, hit off the tee afterwards and look forward to the next workout at Grind Lab. Coach T and Germaine aren't easy on the kids, and that's something the kids need. 10/10 recommend
