  Coach T has been training my son since he was 7 years old. He is now 13. The confidence and mental/physical toughness he has instilled along with skill set in both hitting and infielding is unmeasurable. He is always preparing for the next level. He teaches the importance of competition while showing love to all his kids! Coach T is considered family and the culture at the elite factory is like no other. Thanks coach T!

  Coach T is the best! I recommend him to youth players at every level of play. Not only has my son met and exceeded his goals this summer, but he had learned how to create a goal and how to hold himself accountable daily to make it happen. Coach T holds his players to a higher standard. If you’re looking for someone to fluff them and make their heads swell - don’t go here. If you want the kid’s deficiencies to be exposed, critiqued and FIXED - book a session now. We love Coach T and my son loves to make him proud too. What more could a parent want in a mentor?   Coach Trevarus has been training both of my boys at Elite Factory for almost a year now. They have come such a long way. I have seen lots of improvement with hitting and agility. Coach T is very knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly. My youngest son struggles with anxiety but loves baseball. He has built up my son's confidence so much that my son is now able to play in tournaments without doubt or hesitation. Thank you for doing all you do for our boys!
