  I have to give a big shout-out to Integrated Sports Training (IST) in Norwalk, CT. We’ve had such a great experience there. My 14-year-old son has been taking private pitching and hitting lessons, and the improvement in both his skills and confidence has been amazing to see. The coaches are patient, knowledgeable, and really connect with the kids. They explain things in a way my son understands and personalize each lesson to what he needs. He always leaves feeling motivated and excited to come back. Scheduling is very easy, the communication is great, and everyone there is so friendly! I would highly recommend Integrated Sports Training to any parent looking for high-quality baseball instruction.

  We’ve had such a wonderful experience at IST. My son has taken both private and group baseball lessons here with Coach Primo, and I truly can’t say enough good things about him. He is incredible with children — patient, encouraging, and extremely knowledgeable. Since training with Coach Primo, my son’s baseball skills have improved tremendously. The transformation in his game has been remarkable, but even more meaningful has been the boost in his confidence and overall love for the sport. He looks forward to every session and walks away feeling proud and motivated. IST is a fantastic sports facility, and Coach Primo is a huge reason why. If you’re looking for quality instruction in a positive, supportive environment, I highly recommend them.

  Excellent baseball training facility with everything needed to do real, high-quality development. There are plenty of batting cage tunnels, two pitching machines, a modern HitTrax setup, and fantastic coaches that work with players across all levels. The weight room is solid and functional, and my kids have had great experiences participating in group training here. One of the coolest parts about training at IST is the culture. We’ve run into current MLB players Emmet Sheehan and Ben Casparius while working out there, both of whom grew up training at IST and still return to the place where they developed into the elite players they are today. They were incredibly down to earth and took time to encourage the younger kids, which really speaks to the environment and the quality of the training programs being run here. Highly recommend for anyone serious about development.
