  Signed my Son up for a 4 class spring training session. Honestly I'm not impressed. Very little instruction at all given by the coaches...they really just throw the ball....which I can do myself at Legends for a lot cheaper. 45min for hitting (no coaching) and hour of running exercises, which is also a joke. The running coach is like a babysitter at best. Don't waste your money...can't believe these guy's are getting paid...they spend most of their time talking to themselves about there personal workouts..

  FAST has been amazing! They truly care about their athletes and know how to best help! Jamie and Braden’s Glove Godz class has been a game changer for my sons development and confidence as a fielder. They have really honed their craft and it shows through their training!

  The facilities and coaching at fast_rbi are by far the best in the area. My son played for Conner for 3 years and has trained with him for the last 4 years. Conner is able to translate technical skills to kids in a way that makes it easy for them to replicate them in games naturally. His ability to blend simple to repeat drills and natural feel with all the technology you could possibly want is awesome.  The HitTrax setup lets kids get instant feedback and quickly improve. My son recently left to go play college baseball, but before he did he said Conner was the best coach he’s ever had and he learned more from him than any other coach.  Thanks Conner!

  Great facility with everything you would need, great people, excellent coaches, highly recommend for youth training! Coach Jason is simply phenomenal. Recently did a camp with Coach Greg, and it was tops too.
