  My son has been training here for just over a year, and the transformation has been amazing. Coach Hensley and the entire coaching staff have found the perfect balance between pushing the athletes and making it fun, so much so that my son is genuinely excited to go every time. The environment at PSF encourages growth, discipline, and strong connections. He doesn’t just enjoy the workouts, he truly values the relationships he’s built with the coaches.   Coach and owner Mathew Hensley is unbelievably gracious and knowledgeable, and he goes out of his way to assist others. He has a friendly and professional staff. If my son lived here, he would definitely train here full-time.
