  I’m honestly shocked by how kids were treated during what should have been a pleasant visit. The staff member on duty Jeff was unbelievably rude — actually yelling at a group of kids in a way that was completely unnecessary and inappropriate. And further yelling at another parent walking out over a water bottle by a seat she was leaving and it wasn’t even her water bottle. There was a hole in the cage where a ball got out and he took the green like to raise his voice incredibly too loud accusing them of leaving the cage door open when they wasn’t even the case. It wasn’t even my group of kids, but if he will talk to that like them, I’m not going to find out how he will talk to ours. His tone was out of line! There is a nice way to ask BEFORE accusing. Especially when we all saw he was wrong! Customer service includes basic courtesy and professionalism, and this was the exact opposite. Yelling at children is not an acceptable way to manage a situation. Or even make them want to come back in. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone nearby and left a very negative impression. I definitely won’t be spending another dime at this facility or returning. Jeff is nothing short of rude.

  I've had the wonderful pleasure to hire Brickyard Cages for batting practice for our daughter since she was at a very young age. Initially, it was for baseball since she was a little tyke! More recently, working with a few of the female coaches at Brickyard Cages for softball hitting since our daughter switched over the softball in high school. The staff is amazing at what they do - very knowledgeable, hands-on, and very accommodating to your schedule if you need to make a change due to schedule conflict. The coaches really take their time working 1:1 with your child to focus on their swing. They also run an awesome summer camp and spring camp sessions for kids when they are on break when the parents have to work! The camp provides BP, kids enjoy playing dodgeball and I believe pizza is provided a few days for lunch! Great customer service as kids grow in their craft in baseball (or softball!) all while having fun! I highly recommend Brickyard Cages as we've been going to them for years time and time again for baseball lessons, softball lessons, and camp! Thank you for your support!

  I love the brickyard. Chris and Erika are amazing coaches. Patient, kind, and thorough. I’ve been coming here for years and I always recommend brickyard for training the right way. Both of my kids (boy and girl, baseball and softball) have had their slumps busted working with the brickyard staff. These folks know what it takes to bring your game to the next level. Highest recommendation. Thank you Brickyard!

  Went here for a little league batting session. Place had about 5 cages, maybe more. I like that they had couches, benches, and tables available. I'd definitely come here again.
