Cal Tinsley and his team at Tinsley Performance do an outstanding job training the athletes. My son has been coming for several years now and it has been amazing watching his growth, on field and off. Cal and the team are great people who train the body, but also encourage and motivate to train the whole athlete, mentally and spiritually as well. My son is a better person for being around these guys! Highly recommend!

Cal and his team are the best!! Their specialized and focused training develops both physically & mentally proficient athletes through their approach. Having faith based mentorship also provides a level of commitment other programs miss altogether. I’ve seen first-hand the caliber of young people who are drawn to Cal’s leadership and how his team invest in their lives way beyond just sports performance!

Tinsley Performance is by far the best place to train for youth, high school, college, and professional sports. The staff is extremely well-trained and keeps detailed metrics of the athlete's performance. If you are serious about staying at the top of your game, you'll eventually find yourself at this facility. Highly recommend.

We’ve had such a great experience at Tinsley. My daughter has grown so much—not only physically, but mentally as well. The trainers are incredibly encouraging, supportive, and genuinely invested in the athletes’ success. The positive atmosphere makes it a place she truly enjoys going to. We’re so grateful for the impact they’ve had on her confidence and development!
