  I’ve been going to Geaux Play for over 10 years. Not only have I made great friends there, they have turned into family. Lisa and her trainers are great! Lisa is fantastic with tailoring a workout for you no matter what the issue is. She genuinely cares about your health, doing the exercises right without causing you any harm. There’s literally no excuse not to come to her gym! It’s a family atmosphere and Mia and Maggie are there for belly rubs and playtime. Doesn’t matter your age, they have a program or routine for you. Highly recommend GEAUX PLAY!

  I can’t say enough great things about Geaux Play Sports Training & Fitness and my trainer, Lisa! She makes personal training so easy — all I have to do is show up. Every workout is different and tailored to my needs, and she’s great at making modifications when needed. Lisa even works out alongside me, which keeps me motivated! She also helps with nutrition in a way that’s simple and realistic to follow — no stress or confusion. The facility itself is always spotless and well-maintained, which makes it such a pleasant place to train. Another huge plus is that my kids can come too! They love the agility classes and baseball training. It’s been amazing to find a place where my whole family can stay active together. Highly recommend!

  I've been going to Geaux Play gym for almost 4 years. I work with Keith and Lisa and it's been a great experience. This is longest I've stuck with a fitness center or gym and it's because of Keith and Lisa's knowledge. They're great at what they do and have practical fitness plans for people in my age group. The fitness part of the gym has all the equipment I need to maintain a healthy fitness level. Geaux Play has worked for me.
