08/12/23: This park is quite small and dirty. There are tons of awful graffiti on the walls. The trash bins are full so people litter anywhere. It has some tennis courts and the parking is right so you have to street park. The field may be reserved for Garfield students. There are not many interesting things to visit here except a public pool here

Garfield Playfield has quite a lot to offer: a small playground, tennis courts, a baseball field, a community center, even a public pool. There is also a public restroom and a small parking lot. Overall it's pretty well kept but during my visit, there was a homeless tent on the side of the baseball field not far from the playground. Not really a pleasant sight.

Best Seattle Park I've lived at so far. Bathrooms open 24/7. Close to bus lines, food banks, college campuses. I'll stay here as long as possible.

Great outdoor area to bring kids, go for a jog, play tennis, exercise, have a picnic, or do anything else that's fun in the sun 😎
