Today I stopped by Seattle Diamond with a necklace emergency, it was tangled and stuck, and I literally couldn’t take it off. The associate who helped me was incredibly kind, patient, and careful. She managed to untangle the knot and free the necklace without damaging the chain at all. I really appreciated how welcoming and professional she was. Highly recommend Seattle Diamond for their excellent service!
