How to Run This Drill

- Move to throwing progression with partners, starting at short distance.
- Gradually increase throwing distance while maintaining proper mechanics.
- Add position-specific movements: infielders take ground balls, outfielders take fly balls, catchers block.
- Finish with mental preparation and team focus. Players should feel loose, confident, and ready to compete.
