Baserunning Drill: Base Running Relay Race (Baseball & Softball)
Fun intro baserunning drill reinforcing bag tags, turns, and hustle with minimal instruction. A pure relay race around the bases. One team starting at home plate and the other starting at second base
Instructions
Split into two teams of equal baserunning ability. One will start at home plate and the other at 2nd base. On the whistle, the teams will race running around the bases like normal. Once one player makes a full turn around the bases the second player will go. Complete until all players are finished.
