How to Run This Drill

  1. Exercise 1: High Knees - Activate hip flexors and raise heart rate.
  2. Exercise 2: Butt Kicks - Warm hamstrings and quads.
  3. Exercise 3: Leg Swings - Improve hip mobility front-to-back and side-to-side.
  4. Exercise 4: Arm Circles - Warm shoulder joint in both directions.
  5. Exercise 5: Torso Rotations - Activate core and improve rotational flexibility.
  6. Exercise 6: Shuffle Steps - Prepare for lateral defensive movement.
  7. Exercise 7: Backpedal - Warm legs for outfield movements.
  8. Exercise 8: Progressive Throwing - Proper arm warmup from short to long distance.
