My son has been working with BRX Performance Premium remotely for about 8 months and it has been incredibly rewarding for him. He has hit his goal of increasing muscle mass, increasing his velo, and increasing his overall athletic ability. This program also helped him reach his larger goal of playing beyond high school and we could not be more thankful to his coach Francisco. The remote training is easy to follow and it keeps him accountable daily on his goals.

We have really enjoyed our time with BRX Performance. Francisco has been a vital part of my son's growth. Even though we are remote, the BRX app and ability to continually engage with your coach, is seamless and invaluable. Would highly recommend this program for any kid who is self motivated and wants to get better.
