Went here on a whim. Honestly really good experience; staff was friendly and helpful. They're going through some renovations but the machines were good and adjustable through the interface (see photo) that you can play around with. I liked that you could change the speed and height of the pitches with a flick of your finger. Like someone else mentioned the love screen helps with ball tracking too. Doesn't just come at you randomly. You can also rent out the place for hour chunks for parties too. Would recommend for some younger baseball teams!

The live-action really helps with timing. Staff was very helpful since it was our first time, and the pitch selection interface was simple to use. We'll be back!

Took my daughter for the first time. This place is amazing!!!! The projection of the pitcher on the screen worked great for her timing. Staff was extremely helpful. We will definitely be back!!!!

Get it together. Scheduled in person received notification of random times some at the time we scheduled and other notices at schedules for different times that we didn't schedule. Showed up, and then they tell us it's canceled due to machine issues. You don't call to update your customers? Obviously, you could have sent a message. I did come into the facility at 12:25 with 3 kids and my father sitting in the lobby waiting for my appointment at 12:30 on Sunday. I walked in on Saturday with them, and theres no availability, so we booked in person for Sunday. Showed up Sunday at 12:25. Take ownership. Waiting for an update on my concerns, I will not tolerate bullying, lies, or disrespect. As I continue to prove what I say is true, I expect acknowledgment that I am correct without fault. Please be transparent, or I will continue to be.
