  I’m disappointed with the inconsistency in pricing during our recent visit. Three weeks ago, we visited the playhouse and were not charged for adult entry. During our most recent visit, I asked an employee named Karma why adults were being charged this time, and she explained that some employees charge while others do not. This response was frustrating and confusing. Pricing should be consistent and clearly communicated to customers. Being told that it depends on which employee is working makes it feel unfair and gives the impression that customers are being charged inconsistently. I hope management can address this issue and ensure clear, standard pricing moving forward so all families are treated equally.

  WARNING, DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!!! There’s a giant hole in the tunnel and our two year old fell into the safety net underneath. Thankfully my husband was paying close attention, noticed immediately and our daughter wasn’t hurt. He called out to the staff member multiple times and her face was too buried in her phone to notice. There was no apology or refund offered which is absolutely unacceptable. This place clearly does not have your children’s safety as their primary concern. They were completely indifferent to the issue and the fact that a toddler could have gotten seriously injured.

  It’s a fun place for the littles, but they used to have more foam balls and now there is barely any. I’m sure they can afford to buy more and fix some of their equipment. Disappointing. Bathrooms can use some cleaning too but they only have one person working up at the front.

  Kids had fun. I was overcharged tho. I brought my 2 kids and they still had me pay to get in (was supposed to be 1 free adult admission per child according to their website) The ball blaster area wasn't working properly....of course my kiddos favorite thing to do. And they only had 4 balls out.
