We have two boys in the WAVE program and couldn’t be happier with the results we have seen in them on and off the field. Coach Watson is an amazing role model for the kids in the program and is teaching them life lessons above and beyond the game of baseball. We are Seattle WAVE for life and could not be happier being a part of the WAVE family. Scott even gets kids that have gone through the program and have come back as coaches instilling in all of the players life‘s moral compass and Growing their love for the game. We highly recommend and promote the WAVE program to all of our friends and family as it is one of the best select programs out there today. Thank you Coach Watson and Seattle Wave Baseball!!!!! Man... Seattle Wave has been a game-changer for my son Josh. This is our 5th season at Wave. I've never seen him happier or more invested with anything in his life. That's not just because it's baseball. It's because of the type of players that join Wave and the type of coaches that the Wave program has for their players. The coaches truly invest in their players as much as the players invest in the program and it has created a bond between the entire team that I've never seen before anywhere else. I watched my son go from a moderatly scrawny player with a good attitude to a team leader that is dedicated to training, programming and leading his teammates. Wave provided the skills, training and opportunites that he will take way beyond the baseball field. There is not a single program that I would recommend higher than Seattle Wave. It has been instrumental in my son growing as a person, a player, and a leader. -Aaron Soderlund

My son started with Seattle Wave at the 12U level. Today, he plays for the 15U team. This is a program for players who are willing to buy into their own personal development. The coaching staff can’t magically make your child better. They will, however, show your child how to develop themselves and support it with an emphasis on specialized offseason training. Proof of a great program: Not only are the coaches just generally good people, but you know it’s consistent instruction and accountability program-wide because the coaches used to be the players. In fact, my 15 year old son helped support the coaching staff with the 9-12U players this off-season. It’s the gift of baseball I.Q. that keeps on giving. Not every program is for everyone. But for everyone the Wave Program works for, it’s worth the return on investment to see my son treat the game and his teammates with humility and respect.

Our son has been playing for Seattle Wave for about 4-5 years now and it has been a positive experience for him. Not only does the program teach how to play good baseball and good team ethics but it also teaches good moral character. They teach the kids to speak up for themselves and to seek the help they need to become better players. The coaches genuinely care about the players and truly coaches them, they are baseball players with experience. There’s no parent coach in this program which I appreciate! And the parents are great too 😊.
