  NP simply amazing!!! Cordell has created an incredible culture and team. Not only do they do a great job on baseball/softball training….their focus on sport specific strength training, arm care, and objective computer/tech tracking is elite. Watching them run group training is awesome. Every detail planned, they teach the “why” behind the “what”, and make it a competitive but very fun environment. Thanks Cordell!!

  Outstanding Program & Facility for athletes of all ages! Our 15-year-old son has thrived since joining The NBP Dudes baseball program. The coaching staff is phenomenal—knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly invested in each player’s growth both on and off the field. There is the perfect balance between pushing athletes to reach their potential and also creating a supportive environment! The training facility itself is top-notch. From the batting cages and pitching mounds to the strength and conditioning areas, everything is designed to help players develop their skills in a professional setting, but also making it fun and interesting at the same time. NBP Dudes emphasize discipline, respect, and teamwork! My son looks forward to every practice, and we’ve seen his confidence, skill level, and love for the game grow tremendously. If you’re looking for a program that will challenge your athlete, provide elite-level training, and surround them with coaches who genuinely care, this is the place. We couldn’t be happier with the experience at NBP Dudes and highly recommend it to any family serious about baseball.

  We've had our 14- and 11-year-old sons training at NBP for several years, and the results have been nothing short of exceptional. Their swings are smooth, powerful, and balanced. On the mound, they pitch with confidence and know how to make adjustments. Other parents on both boys teams regularly ask where we go for extra training—which speaks volumes about the impact NBP has had. We're genuinely excited about the growth and direction of NBP Dudes.   My son absolutely loves training at this facility. From the moment he joined the 12U select program, his excitement for practice has skyrocketed. The coaches create an environment that is both competitive and fun, and you can truly see how much they care about each player’s growth on and off the field. The training is top-notch: fundamentals, mechanics, strength, conditioning, baseball IQ, everything is taught at a high level and in a way the kids actually understand and enjoy. The facility itself is well-organized, and equipped with everything a developing ballplayer needs. What really stands out is the positive culture. Our son leaves every practice smiling, motivated, and eager for the next one. His confidence has grown tremendously, and we’ve seen noticeable improvement in his skills. If you’re looking for a place that develops players the right way and keeps them excited about the game, this is the one. Highly recommend!
