Went here on a Saturday morning with my son. It was really low-key, and we had a blast. The pitching machine was easy to operate, we had it for an hour and hit softballs and baseballs, dialing the speeds up and down - was a really enjoyable time. He also wanted to hit softballs off the tee.

My sons had a great time practicing batting at these cages. We have signed up for 1/2 hour and 1 hour time slots and gone through many buckets of balls before our time was up. The staff was friendly and willing to help. The facility was clean and when the assistant was attending to scheduling or helping, they were cleaning. I recommend Level Up to everyone.

My experience was amazing I got in about 150 hits and learned what I was doing wrong while at the plate. The pitching machine is freaking awesome. The customer service was also amazing , she was very nice and helpful. Not to mention its located right next to a gas station so if you forgot a water then you can run right over to buy one. I will definitely be going back matter of fact I will probably be purchasing their monthly membership. I will also be recommending this place to all my friends and family that play baseball! Thank you guys a ton!

Great experience! Machines are top of the line and very easy to work. I love the hours the cages are available. Very clean facility and lots of gear available if you don’t have your own. Highly recommend!! UPDATE: We have been several times to the new facility and it is even better than before!! Great lighting and the lay out is very organized. Love that it is in an easier location! I still highly recommend!
