Best indoor cages in Southlake! The team here takes great care of people. Emily and Abby at the front desk are the best! Been coming here for years!

I hardly ever leave reviews but I would give them a 0 star if I could. They just call you and cancel lessons on the day of, I had that happen twice in a row yet the female employee who called me was rude and when I asked if I could get some other coach or change the time, she provided 0 solutions and just hung up. I read some recent reviews and it seems like it is the trend.

My son’s takeaway from the day camp was, “the coach hated me.” On top of that, he said the coach was showing off pictures of his girlfriend on his phone during training time. Really disappointing and totally unprofessional behavior.

One of the three pitching machines has been broken for months causing very long lines. To make matters worse parents leave their kids unattended and they have no problems jumping the line and ignoring the two swipe rule. Talked to the General Manager about this a few times and he always says the fix is coming but nothing changes. Such a drag getting your kids ready, driving them to D-Bat and finding a ridiculously long queue for the two surviving machines. Wish they would have one of the three people working reception manage the line when it gets busy. How about using empty cages to reduce the line when it gets out of control? General Manager recommends phoning before coming to check on the line so you don’t waste your time. Shame it’s come to this but I think that’s right. UPDATE Spoke to the owner. Acknowledged all the issues. D-Bats HQ require the pitching machines. Owner would get rid of them if he could. No service contract, unable to get spare parts, no plan to fix broken machine. Said less than 3% of his 700 members consider machines important so they are not a priority. Told me nothing is going to change. Very sad to leave, as have been with DFW D-Bats for years, but time to check out some other options like TPA who provide unlimited batting tokens and cage access for slightly more money per month.
