  The facility itself has potential, but the customer service needs serious improvement. The attendant basically does whatever she wants, regardless of what you actually request. It’s confusing to be asked what you’d like, only to have something completely different set up. Clear communication and simply following the customer’s request would make a big difference. Hoping management takes this as constructive feedback.

  I brought my son here for the first time yesterday. We intended to only use the pitching machines in the batting cages. The front desk associate explained the process to us very thoroughly and even though it was a holiday, we didn't have to wait very long at all for a cage to open up. We had a great experience and will definitely be back in the future.

  Not as spacious as their other location. Cages fill quickly and you have share time. Always best to reserve ahead of time.

  Facilities are great, no issues. However, please verify your banking statements. I have had two unauthorized purchases from D-BAT using my account. Displays lack of competency, and fraudulent behavior.
