Bo Porter Academy is a great place for young ballers to develop and meet their personal goals. They have professional trainers, coaches and teachers there to help assist and guide them through their development. I know for our son opportunities were opened and he was able to meet all of his personal goals that he wanted to meet his senior year in high school. He was able to focus more on the game and his physical development. BPA is a program that produces champions for sure! We were grateful for the opportunity that was given! Thank you Coach Bo Porter and continue to allow God to guide you as you help our youth navigate through their baseball journey!

The academy that Bo has developed to help train young men goes far beyond the baseball Diamond. I am extremely impressed with the lessons these students are being taught about life skills and what it takes to succeed as a whole person and not just an athlete. Messages of resilience, kindness and mental toughness as well as the importance of mental health in young people/athletes are consistently embedded into the core of what is being taught at Bo Porter’s Future Stars. Talking about such important and valuable topics with adolescents and teens will help shape them into emotionally intelligent adults and incredible ball players. The staff are passionate about growing these students into outstanding people first and foremost. The high level coaching is just a perk to the education and life skills they are receiving. Great job to all. Highly recommend.

Our son is in his third year as a student at BPA. The partnership with K12 for academics has been great. For those students looking for a challenge there are options for AP classes, honors classes and dual credit. Our son received an Academic Scholar award for scoring a 3 or higher on 3 AP exams. Academically he is excelling. His physical growth has also been amazing thanks to the focused training and mentorship which have really helped him to zone into his goals for the future. Can’t say thank you enough to Bo for the access we have gotten to MLB Pro Scouts and their advice as well as the training camps in focused positions. The staff at BPA are wonderful and we greatly appreciate the care and attention they have provided. They focus on development of a young man by preparing him for the next level of baseball, academics, and life.

My son plays SS in Kansas City and we flew to Houston to attend the infield session with Coach Ron Washington at Coach Porter’s Academy. I can’t recommend it higher for your kid if he is serious about learning to play great baseball. All the coaches have playing experience at the highest levels. Everyone and every fielding station was run with explanations how and why they are teaching a specific skill. No matter where you live in the US it is worth a visit. Wow! We will be back soon. Coach Porter and Coach Washington are amazing as is the entire staff. My kid wants to move us from KC down there so he can attend Coach Porter’s Academy. His mom will likely be unreceptive to this idea but get down there if you can.
