  Won't be coming back. Came in on a Saturday when the place wasn't busy. Found a machine for my 8 year old but it was throwing pitches over his head, very inconsistent as well. Asked for assistance with the machine but the single employee was distracted with one of his other two customers. Tried two different machines, tried adjusting height but didn't get any consistent change. The only guidance we got on working the machine was from another dad in the batting cage next to us. Once my kid was too frustrated to continue putting in good swings, went and found the employee at the front desk, having never come to see if we got the machine working. I asked him how we get the machine to actually pitch in my kid's strike zone, and he actually said with a straight face "I've never encountered that problem before." I told him we were done, he offered to calibrate the machine for us. Which, you know, probably should have been done when we arrived or, possibly, when it became obvious we were having issues. So my wife reiterated that no, we were done. Didn't get the guy's name. Tall, arrogant, from out of state...won't recommend to anyone.

  WOW! this is a very organized, clean, well-managed place to take your kids or even yourself for some good catching/batting/pitching practice. The platinum membership pays for itself if you plan to schedule lessons with coaches and provided unlimited family fun in the cages. All of the staff and coaches are super friendly and we have been very impressed with Aaron Wells. He is great with kids, very encouraging, and knowledgeable.

  Have been taking my daughter(6 year old) there for the last 4/5 months for lessons and the improvement she’s made is phenomenal for her age. Her coach(Coach Tucker) has been patient and has been able to communicate to her the lesson to where she understands and is able to execute it. The whole staff there is chill and I haven’t had a problem that they couldn’t fix. I recommend this place to all my friends to take their kids there or to pop in for the batting cages.
