  Finding a good coach is hard, finding a softball pitching coach who empowers your daughter, builds their skills and confidence, and makes them stronger- is even harder. AND you gotta like them… It’s not an easy thing for us parents to do and there’s few that can actually do it. But then you find Coach Mac…and she does all that and you don’t just like her- you and your daughter LOVE HER! I have been taking my daughter to Coach Mac for almost a year now. We drive almost an hour just to come to her and let me tell YOU- she’s beyond worth it! When we started with Coach Mac my daughter had been seeing another coach that really wasn’t helping my daughter build their right skills, learn actual pitches, and never invested in her confidence or strength. After our first session with Coach Mac- we were already seeing results. She quickly connected with my daughter, taught her quick easy steps to fix her mechanics, and everything started to CLICK. Fast forward to almost a year and my daughter has learned and grown so incredibly much. From changing her start, increasing her speed tremendously, learning new pitches, hitting corners, improved her accuracy (I think I may be able to ditch my leg guards soon) but more importantly my daughters confidence has soared! She is confident in her skills, her mechanics, her strength, and her ability to throw the pitch she needs to throw no matter the batter. So if your looking for a coach who cares about your daughter, who actually will make them a better pitcher, who will build their strength and confidence- stop reading this review and just give her a call already! You and your daughter will not regret it, and once you get there you’ll see for yourself the quality of pitchers she’s creating. ✌️♥️🥎

  Our 10‑year‑old daughter has been taking lessons from Coach Mac for 9 months and it has been one of the best experiences we’ve had with any sports coach across all three of our kids. She brings a unique approach to pitching instruction: she teaches out of her own facility, limits lessons to three students at a time and varies weekly routines to build technique, strength, conditioning, accuracy, and speed. Each session ends with a 5–10 minute classroom segment to strengthen softball IQ and reinforce what they worked on. She also prioritizes arm health above everything else and focuses on proper development based on age and competitive level. Our daughter leaves every lesson with notes and homework so she can continue improving between sessions. Coach Mac has been a wonderful teacher, coach, and talent developer for our daughter and—just as importantly—she instills accountability. If you’re looking for a coach to help your daughter begin pitching or take her pitching development to the next level, I highly recommend contacting Coach Mac.

  My daughter has been working with Coach Mac for about 8 months, and we couldn’t be happier. Her mechanics and accuracy have improved, but the biggest change has been in her confidence and mindset. Makayla creates a positive environment while still challenging her athletes to be their best. It’s clear she truly cares about their development on and off the field. We’re so thankful we found her. Highly recommend for any player looking to grow.

  My daughter has been with Coach Mac for over a year now. She has made tremendous strides and has a stronger live for pitching because of Coach Mac. She is an excellent coach that really knows how to relate to her pitchers. She knows how to break things down and describe things to them in ways they can understand. Example Upside down duck face to Moana hand to describe the way things should look so kids will know what to do, when pitching. You won’t find a better teacher of the position. She also incorporates strength training and training the girls minds for mental preparedness. I could go on and on.
