  Registered for an event they posted and shared that was being held at their facility. Even was canceled with not contact. Drive over 2 hours for a college showcase no response or refund.

  First off, I called TD Sports Academy on October 5th at 3:35 PM. I spoke with Tyler. I asked Tyler if he had any batting cage openings for 7 pm for our KGSA softball practice was rained out. He indicated that 7pm was open. I also requested from Tyler that we liked one of the smaller cages up front. He said, "No problem, I'll give you the one on the right side by the wall." He then asked me if I was a client, and I let him know that I was and gave him my name. He then said,"See you at 7 pm tonight." When we showed up early at 6:42 pm. (same day, Oct 5th), I came in and checked in with Jay. I told Jay I had a 7pm reservation for one of the smaller cages up front. He then told me that those cages were not available and the entire facility was already booked. He also indicated that I did not have a reservation, but I had one yesterday. I told Jay that I had only called today at 3:35 because it was raining. He said that Tyler obviously booked the wrong date. I was disappointed and said I would probably not come back here. I wasted gas and my time to drive all the way up there, and no accommodations were made on our behalf. This is the second time this has happened to us. Where the reservation wasn't properly booked or not booked at all.

  Great place. Not too crowded, pricing was good and offers great clinics and personal instructors for extra training in specific areas.

  Love taking my son here for camps and clinics. Great facility, friendly people, and good coaches.
