  Today was our first time visiting Katy Sport and Fitness. Immediately you feel a more personal, friendly atmosphere than you find at the bigger chain batting cages. Great place to bring your team for batting practice and conditioning exercises especially when the weather outside does not permit. Watched Coach Trey do a training session and was really impressed. All in all a solid place to practice your sport in a good environment. We will return. They are great and easily to reach if you are in the Katy/Fulsher areas.

  Katy Sports and Fitness has been our baseball home for a while now. Coach Trey and Coach Marc are incredible. Works extremely well with the children, and dedicated to helping the kids learn and enjoy baseball. My son has played for the Aeros for the third season now, and my youngest has just joined. They look forward to practices, and i like that they have their own batting cages at the Katy sports and fitness facility to go too. If you are in the Katy, Richmond or Fulshear area and looking for lessons, batting cages, or a competitive team for your child. Katy Sports and fitness has it all.

  My Son and I have been using Trey Capers The Owner of KSF for individual baseball lessons for about 3 years now. We have experience tremendous growth in both hitting, fielding and pitching from his one on one personal instruction. His expert ability to related the lessons to the youth understanding are without measure. Additionally, his ability to literally “invent” things on the fly to help correct the “little things” is amazing. In addition to personal instruction, we utilize the facility as a monthly batting cage member for our own practice. The facility is first class and all the tools necessary are at your fingertips for utilization. We have also participated in multiple camps and classes ranging from baseball, to fitness, to fun and now soccer and My Son loves the content and the interaction with the other attendees and the Coaches are always well qualified and make sure that all attendees are having a great time while learning the content of the programs. KSF is a one of a kind, one stop shop to keep our youth active while getting plenty of exercise and having a great time doing it, while learning basic fundamentals that crossover the span of all youth sports. “Thank You” Trey and Team for providing a first class experience and venue for The Katy Area Youth!   I highly recommend Katy Sports and Fitness for baseball and hitting instruction. My son has been taking hitting lessons with Trey Capers for several years and his improvement is remarkable! Trey is very detail oriented and really breaks down the mechanics of the swing to make it easy for my son to understand and work on. They have really nice batting cages and are convenient for anyone in Katy, Fulshear or Richmond.
